Selective Sight

Using movement, text, video and sound, Subcircle investigates¬† our ability to shut out horror and destruction in order to be able to create our own perceptions of the world — and find them livable.¬† A natural defense mechanism of sorts that permits us to use selective sight in order to not see or feel.
